Rental Policy & Terms

To rent a scooty on rent in Shillong or any motorbike, the rider must provide:

• Valid Original Driving License (Held for verification).
• One Government ID Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID).
• Rider must be 18+ years of age.

A fully refundable security deposit of ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 is required per bike. This is returned instantly upon safe vehicle handover.

Meghalaya has hilly terrain. Whether you are taking a Royal Enfield rental Shillong for a Dawki trip or visiting local cafes, please follow these rules:

• Fuel: Bike is provided with minimal fuel. Client must return it with the same level.
• Helmets: One helmet is free. Pillion helmet chargeable @ ₹50/day.
• Over-speeding: Riding aggressively in village areas is strictly prohibited.

Any physical damage to the bike (broken mirrors, scratches, dents) will be deducted from the deposit based on the authorized service center price list.

Late Fees: A penalty of ₹100 per hour applies for late returns.
